MJAA provides one free exchange
If you need to exchange the goods for other models after receiving them, you can contact customer service for exchange, and MJAA will provide one free exchange.
Exchange process: Make an exchange request → The customer provides a real-time picture of the certified product to the customer service to understand the situation → After the request is approved, the courier picks up the goods at home/delivers them to the outlet→ MJAA confirms receipt of the goods → Send a new product the next day
If you exchange the goods twice, MJAA will charge a processing fee of KES300.Refund the next day at the fastest, and return the goods within 7 days without reason
If you want to return the goods for a refund after receiving them, you can contact customer service for processing, and customer service will arrange for the courier to pick up the goods at home.
Refund process: Submit a refund request → The customer provides a real-time picture of the product to the customer service to understand the situation → After the request is approved, the courier picks up the goods at home/delivers them to the outlets → MJAA confirms receipt of the goods → Refund the next day at the fastest
If it is a quality problem of the goods, we will start the refund process immediately.
If it is a personal problem and you do not want it, MJAA needs to check the integrity of the goods. After confirming that it does not affect the integrity of the goods, we will charge a processing fee of KES300 and then proceed with the refund process.If you receive a problematic package

Note: Products that have been opened and used are not accepted for exchange or refund. If there is any dispute, MJAA has the final right of interpretation.
